化学教学不是毫无热情地把知识从教师的脑袋装进学生的脑袋,而是师生之间每时每刻都在进行的心灵接触。体罚学生是教师无能的表现,权威的残余,从时代意义上讲,它已成为死去的东西,非但不足以使学生改善行为,还会造成学生的逆反心理。实践证明,尊师爱生是进行有效教学的感情基础,是提高教学质量不可忽视的动力因素。不少差生差的原因之一是教师的冷淡与歧视,所以教师应对全体学生一视同仁。教育只有做到教书育人,为人师表,热情耐心地正面引导,创设宽松愉悦的学习环境,唤起学生心理上的亲近,感情上的融洽,才能获得良好的教学效果。
Chemistry teaching is not without enthusiasm to put knowledge from the teacher’s head into the student’s head, but the teachers and students all the time between the ongoing spiritual contact. The corporal punishment of students is a manifestation of teachers’ incompetence and the remnant of authority. From a time sense, it has become a dead thing. Not only is it not enough for students to improve their behaviors, but also causes the student’s rebelliousness. Practice has proved that respecting a loved one is the foundation for effective teaching and is a dynamic factor that can not be ignored in improving teaching quality. Many poor students is one of the reasons for the cold and discrimination teachers, so teachers should treat all students equally. Only by doing so can education be taught and educated. For teachers and mothers, enthusiastic and positive guidance, creating relaxed and pleasurable learning environment, arousing students’ psychological closeness and emotional harmony can obtain good teaching results.
