小浪底水利枢纽坐落在黄河干流中游最后一个峡谷出口,发电装机容量6×300MW,在河南电网中担任调频、调峰任务,主厂房为地下式,220kV开关站为地面敞开式。小浪底天然河道多年平均含沙量约370kg/m3,对水轮机抗磨蚀及汛期发电提出了新课题。根据小浪底水电站在系统中的功能及布置特点,对水轮发电机及附属设备、主变压器、220kV干式电缆等主要机电设备进行了设计,电站监控系统按无人值班、少人值守的原则进行设计。
Xiaolangdi Water Control Project is located at the exit of the last canyon in the middle reaches of the Yellow River. The installed capacity of power generation is 6 × 300MW, which plays the role of frequency regulation and peak regulation in Henan Power Grid. The main plant is underground and the 220kV switchyard is open ground. The long-term average sediment concentration of Xiaolangdi natural river reaches about 370kg / m3, which puts forward a new task for anti-abrasion of turbine and power generation in flood season. According to the function and arrangement characteristics of Xiaolangdi Hydropower Station in the system, the main electromechanical equipment such as hydro-generator and its ancillary equipment, main transformer and 220kV dry-type cable are designed, and the monitoring and control system of power plant is carried out according to the principle of unattended and less-manned design.
