本文通过对玉米粗缩病256个病株样本分析,依据株粒重损失,采取偏等差分级法,制订了严重度5级分级标准,经株粒数、株粒重、株高、雌穗长等项数量指标验证,符合玉米粗缩病发生规律。实际应用时,依据株粒数结合株高进行严重度分级,既不失真,又简便易行。运用苗期病株率与病情指数的关系(Y=-1.6159+1.0306X),进行发生程度和产量损失预测,对于指导大田防治更有实际的意义。为进一步开展玉米粗缩病的调查研究提供了资料。
