国防理智感是军人基于对国防正确识知的一种高级的情感体验。培养军人的国防理智感，可以使军人更深刻地了解国防事业的本质，激发爱军习武的兴趣和热情，从而在军旅生活的实践中安心本职、乐于奉献。国防理智感，在战时是取得胜利的重要条件；在平时是做好战争的心理准备，保持高度警惕性的重要保证。培养军人的国防理智感，首先是教育军人对国防的识知，其次是加强对军人国防心理的训练
Defense rationality is a senior emotional experience based on the correct perception of national defense by military personnel. Fostering the military’s sense of national defense can enable military personnel to understand more deeply the essence of national defense and arouse the interest and enthusiasm of the armed forces in using military exercises so as to feel at ease in their military life and devote themselves to sacrificing their dedication. The sense of national defense is an important condition for victory in wartime. It is an important guarantee for the psychological preparation for a war and for maintaining a high degree of vigilance in peacetime. To foster the military sense of national defense, the first is to educate the soldiers on their awareness of national defense. The second is to enhance their training on the national defense mentality of military personnel.
