企业声誉是一种特殊的不稳定的无形资产,需要企业从各方面持续精心的维护;企业声誉一旦受损,声誉资产就会迅速贬值。因此,企业声誉机制在治理食品质量安全上发挥着越来越大的作用,声誉机制要通过法律规范才能更能保障消费者的权益,将企业声誉机制法制化,将企业的“声誉罚”法律化,可作为保障食品安全的新路径。
Corporate reputation is a special kind of unstable intangible assets, which requires continuous and meticulous maintenance of the enterprise from all aspects. Once the corporate reputation is damaged, the reputation assets will devalue rapidly. Therefore, the corporate reputation mechanism plays an increasingly important role in the governance of food quality and safety. The reputation mechanism can only protect the rights and interests of consumers through legal norms, and legalize the reputation mechanism of the enterprise, "Legalization can serve as a new way to safeguard food safety.
