对绿竹改良APMP制浆工艺进行研究,通过对影响预处理,预浸渍以及漂白工艺的各因素进行分析研究,得出:影响化学预处理的主要因素是温度和Na_2SO_3用量,其最佳工艺为Na_2SO_3 10%,NaOH用量2%,保温时间120min,温度130℃;预浸渍最佳工艺为H_2O_2用量3%,NaOH用量4%,温度70℃,时间60 min,EDTA用量0.1%,Na_2SiO_3用量4%,MgSO_4用量0.05%,浸渍浆浓20%;最佳漂白工艺为H_2O_2用量3%,NaOH用量1%,温度70℃,时间80 min,EDTA用量0.1%,Na_2SiO_3用量4%,MgSO_4用量0.05%,漂白浆浓25%。在最佳工艺条件下,可以得到APMP浆得率为74.24%,成纸裂断长为3.15 km,撕裂指数为5.83 mN.m~2/g,白度为62.4%ISO。
This paper studied the modified pulping process of Phyllostachys praecox.
