Trap and Winkler methods are two common methods of surveying soil animals, however, the efficiency of the two methods is different. In the autumn of 2010, this study selected 15 islands of different sizes in the central lake area of Lake Qiandao. At the same time, the soil arthropods on the islands were collected by Winkler method and trap method. Two methods were compared in the island habitat to collect soil arthropods Animal efficiency. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the abundance of soil fauna between the two methods, but the difference of diversity index was extremely significant. Winkler method is superior to trap method for routine soil arthropod groups, especially for the acquisition of soil arthropod groups with slower movement and smaller range of activities. Trap rule is better than collection and exercise activities, Large taxa. The results of sparse curves based on quadrats show that the Winkler method can quickly obtain the basic composition of soil arthropod community in the study area with a small number of quadrats and is recommended to be used on the smaller islands. Using the trap method on the larger islands can Get more taxa. The comparison of ChaoJaccard similarity coefficient shows that the similarity of soil arthropods taken by the two methods is very different on large islands, indicating that the acquisition of large sample data requires the simultaneous use of two methods to improve the data integrity and reliability. The results of this study provide data support for the selection of methods for studying soil arthropods and have certain practical application.
