吴洼水库土坝隐患主要是心墙顶部高程低于设计及校核水位,不满足防洪要求,且坝体施工质量差,渗漏严重。针对上述隐患,关键是要对坝体渗漏及心墙顶部高程不够的问题进行彻底处理,采用高压定喷灌浆方案,依靠高压喷射浆液可对坝体进行防渗加固处理,增加坝体的密实度,消除坝体的湿陷性,接高心墙,使大坝防洪满足要求,解决了其他防渗处理方案防渗深度不够、工程量大、投资大和防渗效果不理想等等问题,且具有施工速度快、固结体强度大、耐久性较好、适应场地能力强、施工噪音较小等优点,近年来广泛应用于堤坝、排涝站、水库的垂直防渗,具有较好的防渗和加固效果。
