中国建筑工程总公司所属中建三局自主研发的“一种无损性拆除施工技术”日前通过鉴定,达到国际先进水平。该技术工艺原理是利用各类金刚石工具通过高速运转对钢筋混凝土面进行研磨,并依靠冷却水带走其产生的粉屑,最终形成切割面,将需拆除的结构及保留结构实行静态分离。在整个切割过程中,对保留结构产生冲击振动,不造成裂纹破坏,不影响保留结构的受力性能和使用
