想上好一堂课就必须先备好一堂课,而真正备好一堂课是关系到多个方面的。笔者在此仅就备课时教师所应处的双重角度谈点浅见,大意为:备课时,教师不妨同时也当一当学生。教师是教学的组织者,是教学的主导因素,具有整体调控整个教学过程的责任。但从另一个方面来看,学生是学习的主体,他们又存在很多的个性差异,如个体的智力、对教师采用教学方法的适应情况、对某一知识点的认知和接受能力、对不同学科的爱好等,这都是教师备课的重要依据。教师只有充分地考虑到学生的各个方面,才能设计出最优的方案施教,使教学工作卓有成效。因此,从这个意义上说,教师当一当学生是很有必要的。
