在２１世纪的开局之年，北京市财贸管理干部学院进入了新的发展时期。５月１６日，学院与中国石油天然气集团地球物理勘探局签订了“中国石油天然气集团地球物理勘探局将石油物探职工大学整体划拨给北京市财贸管理干部学院”友好协议。东四学区与琢洲学区顺利“合龙”。经过资源重组和优势互补，学院壮大了实力，扩充了领地，吸引了人才，更重要的是，学院将把工作重点由成人高等教育转向高等职业教育。新的时期带来新的机遇，新的时期面临新的使命，这就是：坚持开拓创新，发挥整体优势，争创高职名校，为国家现代化建设培养创新型职业性人才。 在这继往开来的时刻，请听院领导和老师们的抒怀之言：
In the beginning of the 21st century, Beijing Institute of Finance and Trade Management entered a new period of development. On May 16, the college signed a friendly agreement with China National Petroleum Corporation Geophysical Exploration Bureau on “Allocation of Geophysical Prospecting Staff of China National Petroleum Corporation to Beijing Institute of Finance and Trade Management”. East Fourth School District and Zhuozhou School District, “Closure.” After reorganizing resources and complementing each other’s strengths, the college has expanded its strength, expanded its territory and attracted more talents.
