为寻求一种能够大批、快速制造实验性大鼠重症胰腺炎模型的方法,对SD大鼠分别用Aho法、Chettv法、胰被膜下浸润法配合乙醚麻醉进行重症胰腺炎的造模,并行病理形态半定量计分,作血、腹水淀粉酶的测定,结果3法均能出现重症胰腺炎的病理变化,病理形态半定量分级计分无显著性差异(F=2.60、2.61、2.70、2.45,均P>0.05),血、腹水淀粉酶的测定也无显著性差异(F=2.50、2.32,均P>0.05),而胰被膜下浸润法配合乙醚麻醉的死亡率较低,且操作简便。提示胰被膜下浸润法配合乙醚麻醉是一种比较理想的制造实验性大鼠重症胰腺炎模型的方法
In order to find a way to manufacture a large number of rat model of severe pancreatitis rapidly, the model of severe acute pancreatitis was established by Aho method, Chettv method and pancreatic capsule infiltration method combined with ether anesthesia in rats. Morphological semiquantitative score, blood, ascites amylase determination, the results of 3 methods can occur pathological changes of severe pancreatitis, semi-quantitative grading score no significant difference (F = 2.60,2.61,2.70,2.45, (P> 0.05). However, there was no significant difference in the determination of amylase between blood and ascites (F = 2.50,2.32, all P> 0.05). However, the mortality of pancreatic submucosal infiltration combined with ether anesthesia was low and the operation was simple. Prompt pancreas under the capsule infiltration method with ether anesthesia is an ideal method for the manufacture of experimental rat model of severe pancreatitis
