采用改进的反雨淋浇注系统,通过华铸CAE对在水玻璃砂条件下生产ZG270-500法兰铸件进行了优化设计。根据优化结果进行生产,成功地生产了直径与高度比为10的法兰铸件,避免了缩孔缺陷,保证了铸件的质量。
An improved anti-rain pouring system was adopted to optimize the design of ZG270-500 flange castings made of sodium silicate sand by Hua-Hua CAE. Based on the optimized results, the flange castings with a diameter-to-height ratio of 10 were successfully produced to avoid shrinkage defects and ensure the quality of castings.
