中草药是我国的传统瑰宝,已经得到广泛地应用和认可,在“绿色发展”和“食品安全”的大趋势下,水产养殖中使用传统的中草药,其重要性已日益显现。中草药饲料添加剂具有良好的功能性,同时具有安全性高、无残留等特点,在养殖动物中得到广泛应用,本文针对中草药添加剂在鱼类饲料中的添加应用研究,综述了中草药对鱼类作用效果的研究进展,以期为中草药添加剂在鱼类饲料中的添加和应用研究提供基础。
