为了解决煤矿企业日益增长的安全文化需求与安全投入不足之间的矛盾,探索两者之间的定性与定量关系。基于安全价值观与安全氛围建立企业安全文化与安全投入之间的交互影响定性关系,基于两者相似特点提出4个阶段的定量关系假设,基于系统动力学方法构建因果反馈回路图。通过验证定量关系假设,制定合理的安全投入决策,实现煤矿企业安全文化最优效果。
In order to solve the contradiction between the growing demand for safety culture and the inadequate investment in safety in coal mines, the qualitative and quantitative relationship between the two is explored. Based on the relationship between safety values and safety atmosphere, this paper establishes a four-stage quantitative relationship hypothesis and builds a causal feedback loop based on system dynamics. By verifying the quantitative relationship between assumptions, making reasonable safety investment decisions and achieving the optimal safety culture results for coal mine enterprises.
