入秋以来,中山市各镇区认真按照全市水利工作会议的部署,努力适应传统水利向现代水利转变的新要求,积极开展扎实、有效的冬修水利工作。截至2002年3月25日,全市共动工的工程175宗,完工115宗;日最高出动人数6100多人、机械560多台,完成土方162.7万m~3、石方12.6万m~3、混凝土4.98万m~3,合计投入资金8042.9万元。从总体上看,冬修形势良好,各级领导重视,指导思想明确,注重工程实效。具体表现在以下几方面。1 领导重视,真抓实干中山市各级领导把水利摆在重要的位置,将冬修水利视作改善民生、凝聚民心的德政工程和实践“三个代表”重要思想的具体行动,做
