随着时代的发展和社会的进步,行政事务的逐渐增多,办公机构需要处理的信息量越来越大。传统的信息处理模式已无法适应社会发展的需要,当前瞬息万变、竞争激烈的时代对办公机构和企业提出了新的要求,办公自动化已成为社会发展的必然趋势。计算机技术是实现办公自动化的基础与核心,本文对计算机技术在办公自动化中的应用做出了阐述。
With the development of the times and the progress of society, the administrative affairs are gradually increasing, and the amount of information that the office agencies need to deal with is getting larger and larger. The traditional information processing mode has been unable to meet the needs of social development. The current rapidly changing and highly competitive times have set new demands on office institutions and enterprises. Office automation has become an inevitable trend of social development. Computer technology is the basis and core of office automation. This paper expounds the application of computer technology in office automation.
