随着螺杆泵采油系统在油田生产中的广泛应用,油井故障不可避免的发生在生产过程中,目前针对螺杆泵泵况分析的手段量油和憋泵都有一定的局限性,不能准确的判断螺杆泵工况。不清楚扶正器对螺杆泵生产的影响。因此有必要对螺杆泵井工况分析技术进行研究,以提高螺杆泵采油技术水平及经济效益。本文通过模拟螺杆泵杆断与泵漏失所取得的数据进行分析,研究螺杆泵扶正器对电流、扭矩和能耗的影响。总结管理办法,对螺杆泵管理起到一定的指导作用。
