目的研究硫氰根的电化学行为并对其进行痕量测定。方法将玻璃碳电极进行电化学预处理,研究硫氰根在该电极上的电化学行为并进行痕量测定。结果硫氰根在预处理玻碳电极上的氧化反应为不可逆的吸附过程,氧化峰电位为0.81 V,线性范围和检测限分别是6.7×10-6~6.7×10-4mol/L和3.3×10-6mol/L(S/N=3)。结论该修饰电极可用于痕量硫氰根的直接测定。
Objective To study the electrochemical behavior of thiocyanate and to determine the trace amount of thiocyanate. Methods Electrochemical pretreatment of glassy carbon electrode was carried out to study the electrochemical behavior of thiocyanate at the electrode and trace determination. Results The oxidation reaction of thiocyanate on the pretreatment glassy carbon electrode was irreversible. The oxidation peak potential was 0.81 V, the linear range and the detection limit were 6.7 × 10-6 ~ 6.7 × 10-4 mol / L and 3.3 × 10-6 mol / L (S / N = 3). Conclusion The modified electrode can be used for the direct determination of trace thiocyanate.
