采用感应加热式的气相蒸发法制备了Bi Sb、Fe Ni和Fe Cr 3种无限固溶合金的纳米粉末 ,研究了粉末中相的生成规律和粉末颗粒的形貌特征。结果表明 ,在Bi Sb合金纳米粉末中生成的相为无限固溶体相 (Bi、Sb) ,在Fe Cr合金纳米粉末中生成的相为α (Fe、Cr)固溶体相 ,在Fe Ni合金纳米粉末生成的相为α Fe和γ (Fe、Ni)固溶体相。 3种固溶体相的晶格常数随母合金成分的变化而连续变化 ,表明生成的固溶体相为无限固溶体相。对于无限固溶合金系 ,在纳米粒子内组元间也同样无限固溶
The nano-powders of BiSb, FeNi and FeCr3 infinite solid solution alloys were prepared by induction heating gas-phase evaporation method. The formation regularity of powders and the morphology of powder particles were studied. The results show that the phases formed in the Bi Sb alloy nanopowders are infinitely solid solution phases (Bi, Sb), and the phases formed in the Fe Cr alloy nanopowders are α (Fe, Cr) solid solution phases. When Fe Ni alloy nanopowders are formed Of the phases are α Fe and γ (Fe, Ni) solid solution phases. The lattice constants of the three solid solution phases change continuously with the variation of the parent alloy composition, indicating that the solid solution phase is an infinite solid solution phase.
