从宝钢烧结工序出发,简要介绍了其能源管控工作实践,明确了烧结工序能效因子的识别流程、定义和对能耗/成本影响的计算模型。根据能效因子层次性的属性,提出能效因子应设置三个层级的建议,进而明确对能效因子应分层次进行梯级控制、按照PDCA循环要求推进其控制绩效改进的思路。
Starting from the sintering process of Baosteel, the energy management practices are briefly introduced. The process of identifying the energy efficiency factors of the sintering process, the definition and the calculation model of the impact on energy consumption / cost are clarified. According to the attribute of energy efficiency factor hierarchy, it is suggested that three levels of energy efficiency factor should be set, and then the idea that energy efficiency factor should be cascade controlled should be clarified and the control performance improvement should be promoted according to the requirements of PDCA cycle.
