从h指数和整数分割思路出发,构建“线性增长”赋分模型,在此基础上提出了一种具有高被引指向性的h型指数--hl-g,并通过与hT、hm的比较,得出hl-g更加切合实际、更加完善的结论。以8种综合性农业核心期刊的hl-g比较和分析为例,阐述了hl-g在期刊评价中具有着重考查高被引区域表现和完整反映被引频次分布情况两大优势。据此推测,hl-g可作为期刊评价赋分指标,弥补现行期刊评价方法在这两方面的不足。
Based on the idea of h-index and integer partitioning, we construct a model of “linear growth” and put forward an h-index hhl with high directivity. Comparison, drawn hl-g more realistic and more perfect conclusion. Taking hl-g comparison and analysis of eight comprehensive agricultural journals as an example, this paper expounds that hl-g has two major advantages in examining the performance of highly-cited regions and completely reflecting the distribution of cited times in the periodical evaluation. Based on this speculation, hl-g can be used as an indicator of evaluation of the periodical to make up for the current journal evaluation methods in these two areas.
