The effects of two different feeding modes (continuous feeding mode and regular feeding mode) on the accumulation and excretion of paralytic shellfish in Zhikong scallop and Philippine ruddy clam were compared. The results showed that different modes of feeding had a significant impact on the cumulative effects of paralytic shellfish poisoning in the body of Ruditapes philippinarum. The continuous feeding method was not conducive to the accumulation of paralytic shellfish poisoning in the population of Ruditapes philippinarum compared with the regular feeding mode, In the discharge of bee venom. However, the different modes of feeding also had an impact on the accumulation of paralytic shellfish poisoning in Zhikong scallop. The cumulative effect of scallop feeding under continuous feeding was stronger than that of regular feeding, but the difference was not significant. In addition, the different feeding methods also led to the different types of paralytic shellfish poisoning, under continuous feeding mode, the main body of the species is GTX2, may be mainly from other species into the regular feeding mode is mainly GTX1, and scallops The highest proportion of GTX4 in vivo, the proportion of GTX4 in scallop fed with continuous feeding mode was slightly higher than that of regular feeding, but the proportion of toxin species accumulated and discharged was not significantly changed.
