在实际生产中,需要心轴对工件定位的情况较多,所以心轴的种类繁多,给管理带来不便。为此,我们设计了一种工艺范围较广的通用可调式定位心轴,它适用于长径比L/D≤1.5的盘类、短套类工件的加工。根据工件的结构特点,可选工件端面为第一定位基准,内孔为第二定位基准,以保证有较好的同心度和垂直度要求。目前该心轴已用于种类繁多的系列工件中,能保证同轴度、垂直度公差在20～30μm内。心轴结构简单、工艺范围广,使用方便。心轴主要由通用
