阵发性冷凝集性血红蛋白尿,国内文献报告1例,由于本病罕见,兹将我院所见1例报告如下,以供参考。患者(住院号61-5616),男性,43岁,已婚,广东籍,农民。因手足紫绀1年多,于1961年12月24日第1次入院。患者于1960年2月间,开始于下水田工作时感觉手指、脚趾发麻苍白。同年12月下塘摸鱼,因过冷,手及脚出现紫绀现象,浸于温水后迅速消退,但感胀痛。1961年2月间下水劳动,当时气候严寒,鼻尖、耳垂、肘及膝部以下,均显紫绀,并排 Paroxysmal cold agglutinating hemoglobinuria, a case of domestic literature, due to the rare disease, I will be seen in our hospital 1 case reported below for reference.
