１资料与方法１．１临床资料本组１０７例，均为我科１９９７年１０月－１９９８年１０月门诊患者。男７９例，女２８例。年龄１９～６２岁，其中１９～２５岁４６例，２６～５０岁５０例，５０岁以上１１例；平均年龄３１． ２± ２． ４岁；病程 ３天～ １年。 ９１例有婚外
1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Clinical data 107 cases of this group, are our department October 1997 - October 1998 outpatients. 79 males and 28 females. Aged 19 to 62 years old, of which 46 cases were 19 to 25 years old, 50 cases of 26 to 50 years old, 11 cases over the age of 50; the average age of 31. 2 ± 2. 4 years old; duration of 3 days to 1 year. 91 cases have extramarital affairs
