目的掌握2004—2008年北京市昌平区食品与公共场所从业人员HBsAg携带情况的动态变化,为卫生监督部门对食品与公共场所的管理工作提供依据。方法分析2004—2008年间昌平区食品与公共场所从业人员健康检查资料。结果2004—2008年昌平区食品与公共场所从业人员健康检查共计344 295人,HBsAg携带者总检出7175人,平均阳性率为2.08%。5年昌平区HBsAg阳性率分别为1.52%、2.37%、2.32%、2.12%、1.99%;HBsAg阳性率呈逐年上升趋势(χ2=123.48,P<0.01);该区本地与外埠从业人员HBsAg阳性率均随年度增长则呈上升趋势,(本地χ2=89.24,P<0.01;外埠χ2=54.97,P<0.01)。但外埠人员携带率高于本地人员携带率(χ2=565.63,P<0.01)。结论为保证昌平区公共卫生安全,应坚持该人群一年一次的健康检查及调离工作,同时加强该人群的乙型肝炎防治工作。
Objective To grasp the dynamic changes of HBsAg carriers in food and public places in Changping District of Beijing from 2004 to 2008 and provide the basis for the health supervision departments in the management of food and public places. Methods The data of health examination of food and public places in Changping District during 2004-2008 were analyzed. Results From 2004 to 2008, a total of 344 295 health workers in food and public places in Changping District were recruited. The total number of HBsAg carriers was 7175, with an average positive rate of 2.08%. The positive rate of HBsAg in Changping district was 1.52%, 2.37%, 2.32%, 2.12% and 1.99% respectively in 5 years. The positive rate of HBsAg increased year by year (χ2 = 123.48, P <0.01) Rates increased with annual increase (χ2 = 89.24, P <0.01; χ2 = 54.97, P <0.01). However, the porting rate of local residents was higher than that of local residents (χ2 = 565.63, P <0.01). Conclusion In order to ensure the public health safety in Changping District, we should insist on the yearly health check-up and transfer-off work for this group of people and at the same time strengthen the prevention and control of hepatitis B in this group.
