搭建了激光点火实验台,设计不同尺寸和结构的微小燃烧室用以研究含硼推进剂在微小燃烧室中的点火燃烧特性及推进性能.实验结果表明:大管径有利于点火且利于燃烧充分,但是燃烧速度较慢,而小管径有利于提高推进性能;喷嘴管的燃烧速度稍微大于直管,但是直管的点火性能最优且燃烧强度大,而突变管的推进性能最优.
A laser ignition experiment bench was set up to design tiny combustion chambers with different sizes and structures to study the ignition and combustion characteristics and propulsion performance of boron-containing propellants in a tiny combustion chamber.The experimental results show that the large diameter is good for ignition and is conducive to full combustion , But the burning speed is slower, and the small diameter is favorable to improve the propulsion performance. The nozzle tube burns slightly faster than the straight tube, but the straight tube has the best ignition performance and the strong combustion intensity, while the mutant tube has the best propulsion performance.
