为贯彻执行“改革、开放、搞活”的方针,加速推动我国机床工具行业由产品经济的经营机制朝有计划商品经济经营制转变,鼓励竞争,促进行业的技术进步,更好地为国内外用户服务,中国机床工具工业协会(筹)在国家机械委机床工具工业局指导与支持下,定于1988年3月3日～17日在北京农业展览馆举办“中国机床工具博览会”。为加强对博览会的组织领导,以国家机械委丁孝浓副主任为名誉主任委员、机床工具工业局梁训瑄局长为主任委员的博览会委员会目前已在京组成。在博览会期间,在博览会委员会统一领导下,将集中政府部门、行业协会、工程学会、科研部门、市场经营部门及生产企业集团等各个系统的力量,通力合作,为国内外用户提供先进技术、成套设备和良好的服务。
