作者对2例被诊断为人类免疫缺陷病毒2型(HIV-2)相关AIDS,并伴有不同程度中枢神经系统(CNS)受损临床表现的患者,死后作尸解,得到多个部位的CNS组织并作下列检测:(1)常规病理组织切片染色;(2)多聚酶链反应(PCR)检测,模板DNA及RNA从脑白质及基底神经节提取,DNA PCR采用3对不同的HIV-2特异性引物(分别位于LTR.gag及env区),RNA PCR采用2对特异性引物(tat mRNA编码区),PCR产物经琼脂糖电泳及~(32)P末端标记的探针杂交证实;(3)用免疫组织学方法检测HIV-2 P18、P25抗原及弓形虫,巨细胞病毒,单纯疱疹病毒1、2型,JC病毒的存在情况;(4)原位杂交采

The PCR products were confirmed by agarose electrophoresis and ~ (32) P-terminal probe hybridization. ( 3) Immunohistology was used to detect the presence of HIV-2 P18, P25 antigen and Toxoplasma gondii, cytomegalovirus, herpes simplex virus type 1 and 2, JC virus; (4) In situ hybridization
