高硅耐酸铸铁在生产上有很大的实用价值,现在国内有不少单位在试制。但是对其化学成份的全面分析,在国内尚未见到系统的方法。鞍山钢铁试验方法标准会议和吴继祖等曾推荐了硅的测定方法,对其它成份并未提及。在国外的资料中,对其它成份虽然提到,但也无具体的分析方法。本文试验了用溴——氢溴酸溶液分解试样测定其硅含量,又在同一份滤液中测定锰、磷、铜及稀土的含量。
