生殖健康是人口、计划生育及公共卫生领域的新概念,其中心目标是消除与生殖及婴幼儿成长过程相关的疾病和死亡危险。近年来,生殖健康概念不断发展和完善。世界卫生组织(WHO)对生殖健康的定义系指身体、精神及社会因素等均处于良好状态,而不仅仅是无疾病和不适。生殖健康有赖于男女双方健康的心理状态及发育健全的生殖内分泌系统,因此与生物、行为、心理、社会等多种因素有关。现将行为、心理及社会因素对生殖健康的影响综述如下。
Reproductive health is a new concept in the fields of population, family planning and public health. Its central goal is to eliminate the risk of illness and death associated with reproduction and the growth of infants and young children. In recent years, the concept of reproductive health continues to develop and improve. The World Health Organization (WHO) definition of reproductive health means that physical, mental and social factors are in good condition, not just free of disease and discomfort. Reproductive health depends on the healthy psychological status of both men and women and the sound development of reproductive and endocrine systems, and biological, behavioral, psychological, social and other factors. The effects of behavioral, psychological and social factors on reproductive health are summarized below.
