小儿鼻腔异物病史简单,体征明了,处理也较易,但笔者在门诊也曾见有被误诊者,今将近年所遇3例报告如下:1.病例介绍 例1,男,4岁。10余日来患儿常以手指抠挖右鼻孔,并时有不明原因哭闹躁动,近1周来睡眠时多张口呼吸,于1996年4月26日求诊本院。经查,左鼻腔(-),右鼻腔充满脓性分泌物,清除脓汁后见深部有一色黄之光滑异物,遂以直别针自制异物取出器自上方超越异物徐徐钩出,乃一已浸泡发芽之玉米粒。
