目的观察人工流产术后服用屈螺酮炔雌醇片的疗效。方法将130例人工流产患者分成两组,实验组60人,于人工流产术后立即服用屈螺酮炔雌醇片、抗生素和八珍益母胶囊;对照组70人,人工流产术后仅服用抗生素和八珍益母胶囊。结果实验组术后阴道出血量、阴道出血持续时间、子宫内膜修复情况、术后月经复潮时间与对照组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论人工流产术后即时使用屈螺酮炔雌醇片,可以减少阴道出血量、缩短出血时间、加速子宫内膜修复,促进月经恢复,不良反应少,具有很好的应用前景。
Objective To observe the curative effect of taking drospirenone ethinyl estradiol tablets after induced abortion. Methods One hundred and thirty cases of induced abortion were divided into two groups, 60 in experimental group. Drospirenone ethinyl estradiol tablets, antibiotics and Bazhen Yimu capsule were taken immediately after induced abortion. In control group, only 70 patients Antibiotics and Bazhen Yimu capsules. Results The postoperative vaginal bleeding volume, duration of vaginal bleeding, endometrial repair, postoperative menstrual recuperation time were significantly different from the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions Immediate use of drospirenone ethinyl estradiol tablets after induced abortion can reduce the amount of vaginal bleeding, shorten the bleeding time, speed up the recovery of endometrium, and promote the recovery of menstruation with less adverse reactions. It has a good prospect of application.
