三叶因子家族(trefoil factor family,TFF)是一群有38~39个氨基酸组成的小分子多肽,在其特殊的P结构域中3个二硫键连接6个半胱氨酸残基,扭曲折叠肽链成三叶的形状而命名。TFF家族现有TFF1(乳腺癌相关多肽pS2)、TFF2(解痉多肽SP)以及TFF3(肠三叶因子ITF)[1]三种。它们发挥保护黏膜、抑制信号传导、调节细胞凋亡、修复肿瘤等功能。多种恶性肿瘤中可见三叶肽表达上调,这里主要探讨三叶因子与胃肠道肿瘤的关系。
