为摸清文登地区花生空荚的原因,根据花生空荚发生程度的轻重,在正常花生田(N)、20%~30%空荚率花生田(M)、几乎全部空荚花生田(H)的0~30cm土层内取土样,化验了土壤腐殖质(Hu)、钙(Ca)、硼(B)和pH值。Kruskal-Wallis检验表明,H花生田的水溶性Ca和pH值均显著低于N花生田,M花生田的水溶性Ca和B均显著低于N花生田;秩相关分析显示,土壤水溶性Ca含量和pH值均与花生空荚发生程度呈显著负相关,而土壤水溶性Ca含量和pH值呈显著正相关;取样观察表明收获后的花生籽仁胚芽变黑,数据分析认为缺Ca及pH值偏低是文登地区花生空荚病发生的主要原因。
In order to find out the reason of peanut pod in Wendeng region, according to the severity of peanut pod, peanut field (M) in 20% ~ 30%, peanut field (M) Soil samples were taken from 0 ~ 30cm soil layer and the soil humus (Hu), calcium (Ca), boron (B) and pH value were tested. Kruskal-Wallis test showed that the water soluble Ca and pH of H peanut field were significantly lower than those of N peanut field, and the water soluble Ca and B of M peanut field were significantly lower than that of N peanut field. The rank correlation analysis showed that soil water soluble Ca There was a significant negative correlation between content and pH value of peanut pod and occurrence of peanut pod but the content of soluble Ca in soil was positively correlated with pH value. Sampling showed that germination of peanut seed kernel became dark after harvest. The low value is the main cause of peanut empty pod disease in Wendeng area.
