现如今是改革近四十年来最关键的几年。国际形式不断变化,一带一路的政策也如火如荼的开展起来,国内的各种经济改革也在不断进行中。本文关于我国淡水渔业的发展现状,特别是改革开放以来的所获得的进步,以及发展过程中所发现的一些问题进行探讨,提出一些解决的办法或意见。
