目的:分析四季米仔兰叶挥发性成分。方法:采用GC-MS法;GC条件:石英毛细管色谱柱HP5(5 mL,30 m×0.25 mm×0.25μL);程序升温:柱温50℃,维持1 min,以15℃/min升温至120℃,维持1 min,以2℃/min升温至240℃,维持1 min,柱后温度为270℃,维持3 min;无分流;载气He(流速1.0 mL/min);进样量:0.2μL;MS条件:EI源(70 eV),接口温度260℃,离子源温度230℃,四级杆温度150℃,检测电压200 V,质谱扫描范围为m/z1.6~500,检索采用NIST标准谱库。结果:共检测出128个成分峰,鉴定了其中102个,用面积归一化法确定了各组分的相对百分含量。结论:四季米仔兰叶主要挥发性成分为愈创烯(44.00%)、2,4-丙烯基-1-乙烯基环己烷孟酯(11.72%)、γ-榄香烯(7.49%)、2,5,5-三甲基-1,3,6-庚三烯(6.23%)、大根香叶烯D(3.67%),该研究为合理利用其资源提供了依据。
Objective: To analyze the volatile constituents in leaves of Ziziphus in Four Seasons. Methods: The GC-MS method was used. GC conditions: quartz capillary column HP5 (5 mL, 30 m × 0.25 mm × 0.25 μL). Conclusion: The main volatile components in the leaves of Ziziphus in China were as follows: guaiac (44.00%), 2,4-propenyl-1-vinylcyclohexene monoester (11.72%), γ- , 2,5,5-trimethyl-1,3,6-heptatriene (6.23%) and germacrene D (3.67%). This research provided the basis for rational utilization of its resources.
