双峰县走马街镇塘星村,经济基础薄弱,3年前人均年纯收入不足600元。1992年共产党员、县教师进修学校原党支部书记王祖锡退休回村,怀着改变家乡后进面貌的雄心,多次谢绝外单位的高薪聘请,积极帮助村党支部探讨富民之路。在他的大力支持和村党支部、村委会的积极努力下,这个村相继建成了年产为2.2万吨的特种水泥厂和普通硅酸盐水泥厂。
Shoufeng Town, Shuangfeng County, Tongxing Village, with a weak economic foundation, had a per capita annual net income of less than 600 yuan three years ago. In 1992, Wang Zuxi, a communist and former party branch secretary of the County Teacher Training School, retired back to the village. With the ambition of changing his hometown appearance, he repeatedly rejected high-paying employment from outside the units and actively assisted the village party branches in exploring the road to enriching the people. With his strong support and the active efforts of the village party branch and village committee, the village has successively built special cement plants and ordinary portland cement plants with an annual output of 22,000 tons.
