高职教育集团化作为推进职业教育发展的新模式,在适应社会经济发展转型,促进产业技术升级,优化知识结构与专业技能方面做出了有益探索。在构建教育师资与企业技术人员之间的合作教研体系,实现师资队伍互聘互兼、双岗双责,更需要从高职教育集团化运行体制中融入校校互访机制,切实提升高职教育师资队伍的教学能力实效性。
