许多人都说中国劳动力便宜,但如果企业每天付10美元给不合格的员工,而生产出来的产品客户不满意,那么企业的劳动成本其实更加昂贵。因此,不要总强调中国劳动力低廉的相对优势,如果不提高员工素质,相对优势也会变成相对劣势。 目前我国的企业产品平均合格率只有70%,不良产品每年损失近2000亿元。在近几年企业发生的各种事故中,有一半以上是因为职工岗位意识不强,岗位技能不高造成的。
Many people say that China’s labor force is cheap, but if companies pay $10 a day for unqualified employees and the products they produce are not satisfied, then the company’s labor costs are actually more expensive.
