众所周知,三星的创业理念包括实业报国主义、人才第一主义、合理追求主义等。但实际上,在三星经营文化中,似乎“人才第一主义”才是首要的经营战略。所以,现在很多人认为“三星以人才为本”或者“人才代表三星”。终身之计莫如树人李秉喆在1985年KBS的一个访谈节目中曾说:一年之计,莫如树谷;十年之计,莫如树木;终身之计,莫如树人。为了把公司职员培养成优秀人才,我首先倾注心血强化培训制度。
