随着住房制度改革的深化,近两年,我们基本完成了住房实物分配、集团消费向住房货币分配、个人购房的转变。启动住房消费的各项政策陆续出台,个人买房的积极性得到有效的调动,房地产市场平稳发展,呈现比较景气的状态。 这次我们在南京召开房地产市场形势分析会,听取了各地对当前市场形势的分析,对于我们深入了解市场动态,分析市场现状和下步发展态势,加强对市场的宏观调控有重要的意义。下面我就对大家发言的体会讲几点意见,供参考。
With the deepening of the reform of the housing system, in the recent two years, we have basically completed the physical distribution of housing, the allocation of housing consumption to the housing currency and the transformation of individual purchase. Various policies for starting housing consumption have been put forth one after another, and the enthusiasm of individuals buying houses has been effectively mobilized. The real estate market has enjoyed steady development with a relatively prosperous status. This time, we held an analysis meeting of the real estate market in Nanjing and listened to the analysis of the current market situation in various places. It is of great significance for us to understand the market dynamics in depth, analyze the current market situation and the next development trend, and strengthen the macro-control of the market. Here I talk about the experience of everyone to speak a few comments for reference.
