随着事业单位改革的推进,单位薪酬管理工作逐渐引起人们的重视,薪酬管理工作关系到事业单位的工作效率,同时在一定程度上也影响社会行政管理的公开透明性。当前我国事业单位薪酬管理中存在着一些不合理的问题,从而影响了其正常管理工作的开展。基于此,分析事业单位薪酬制度现状以及存在的问题,并提出几点相应的管理完善策略。
With the reform of public institutions, unit pay management gradually attracts people’s attention. The work of pay management is related to the efficiency of public institutions and to a certain extent, it also affects the openness and transparency of social administration. At present, there are some unreasonable problems in the remuneration management of public institutions in our country, thus affecting the normal management of the work. Based on this, the status quo and existing problems of the pay system in public institutions are analyzed, and some corresponding strategies for improvement and management are put forward.
