在土壤碳酸盐测定方法标准化研究中,对常用的容量滴定法和气量法作了对比试验,结果证明气量法误差小,确定采用气量法为预选国家标准法,为此将常用的单管气量法改进为多位气量法,以便于标准物与样品同时测定,消除了测定温度和大气压影响,从而省去标准曲线的绘制、简化了结果计算手续,提高了测定精度。并对测定的各条件影响作了大量试验,确立了测定操作标准规范和不同含量等级相应的允许差。
In the standardization research of soil carbonate determination method, the commonly used volumetric titration method and gas volume method were compared and the results showed that gas volume method error was small, and the gas volume method was adopted as the preselected national standard method.
