目的 探讨干扰素联合核苷类药物治疗乙型肝炎的临床疗效.方法 2009年2月至2011年2月期间,鹤壁市传染病医院肝病科诊治的60例乙型肝炎患者,随机将其分为对照组(干扰素治疗)和观察组(干扰素联合核苷类药物治疗),每组各30例,治疗48周,平均随访12个月,对两组肝功能、肝纤维化情况,进行观察和比较.结果 与对照组相比,观察组HBeAg转阴率、抗-Hbe转阳率、HBV-DNA转阴率、ALT复常率等肝功能指标均明显提高;HA、PCIII、LN、IVC复常率等肝纤维化指标均显著好转,P
