建立现代企业教育制度是现代企业制度的客观要求。我国的经济体制改革的重点之一是搞好国有企业的改革。南京肉联厂近几年和部分国有企业一样,由于受到外部大环境和企业结构调整等诸多因素的影响,经济效益滞后,这不仅制约了企业的发展,也给职工教育工作带来了不小的困难。面对此种情况,南京肉联厂非但没有放弃职工培训,而是迎难而上,在內培、外送、联合办学的基础上,探索了一条困难企业如何搞好职工培训的新路子。
