2014年11月在实验池(70 m×70 m×4 m)内,利用小型超声波标志跟踪技术对花尾胡椒鲷(Plectorhinchus cinctu)进行持续5 d的跟踪研究,对其昼夜活动轨迹与行为规律进行分析。结果表明,垂直方向上,花尾胡椒鲷在放养前期主要分布于中间水层,深度变化幅度较大,约有2 m,后期集中在中上层游动且深度变化较小;水平方向具有以实验池中部为基准向四周分散游动的规律;从三维空间分布来看,花尾胡椒鲷更适应于活动在实验池中部小范围水域;其夜间游泳速度较白天游速大且波动明显。通过对花尾胡椒鲷的超声波标志跟踪研究,旨在为其增殖放流养护提供技术支撑。
In November 2014, Plectorhinchus cinctu was continuously tracked for 5 days in a laboratory (70 m × 70 m × 4 m) using a small-scale ultrasonic signature tracking technique. The circadian and locomotor activities of the Plectorhinchus cinctu analysis. The results showed that in the vertical direction, the flower-tip pepper seabream was mainly distributed in the middle aquifer at the early stage of stocking. The depth variation ranged up to about 2 m, followed by the mid-upper troposphere with little change in depth. In the horizontal direction, From the perspective of three-dimensional space distribution, the flower-tip pepper seabream was more suitable for activities in the small watershed in the middle part of the experimental pond. Its swimming speed at night was larger and fluctuated significantly than that during the daytime. Through the study on the ultrasonic marker of Hupehuizi, the aim is to provide technical support for its propagation and conservation.
