本文从电容计算的半经验公式入手,研究了探测器对被测对象静电电位的影响,定性分析了决定该影响的若干因素,定量计算了欲使电位降低率小于5%和3%时,探测器和被测对象之间的距离应该满足的条件。
Based on the semi-empirical formula of capacitance calculation, the influence of the detector on the electrostatic potential of the tested object is studied. Several factors that determine the influence are qualitatively analyzed. When the potential reduction rate is less than 5% and 3% The distance between the device and the object under test should satisfy the conditions.
