在非灌溉或雨养环境下,采用不同遗传类型的冬小麦品种作亲本,配制一套6×6完全双列杂交组合,分析了8个农艺性状的遗传组成及其与杂种优势的关系。结果表明,冬小麦各性状存在着一定程度的杂种优势效应。其杂种优势大小主要受基因的加性效应控制,而优势的方向则受基因加性效应和反交效应的共同作用。基因非加性效应对优势大小和方向的影响依赖于基因的加性效应和反交效应。
In a non-irrigated or rainfed environment, a winter wheat cultivar with different genetic types was used as a parent to prepare a set of 6 × 6 complete diallel cross combinations, and the genetic composition of eight agronomic traits and their relationship with heterosis were analyzed. The results showed that there was a certain degree of heterosis in the characters of winter wheat. The size of its heterosis is mainly controlled by the additive effect of the gene, while the dominant direction is affected by both the gene additive effect and the anti-cross effect. The effect of gene non-additive effect on the dominant size and direction depends on the additive effect and the anti-cross effect of the gene.
